We found a beer can in the wall. :) And lots of holes, rot, mold and other excitement.
The other thing, that slowed everything down, is that the upper cabinets are actually an upper cabinet. One giant cabinet...that's hooked to the rafters and nailed to the wall. WOO!
That's looks like fun. And I'm sure it's cathartic after teaching freshmen all day.
